How do I care for the toques?

The toques should be spot cleaned or hand washed and lay flat to dry only. The toques are handmade from a wool/acrylic blend yarn and should be cared for gently. The faux fur pompom should not be washed but if it does get wet you can re-fluff it by giving it a little blow dry.



Sizing?

0-3 Months: 11-13"                                                                                           

3-6 Months: 13-15"

6-12 Months: 15-17"

1-3 Years: 17-19"

3-10 Years: 19-21"

Regular Adult: 21-23"

Large Adult: 23-24"

Sizes are approximate for age. If you are unsure of what size to order you can email me with the child's head circumference and I can help guide you with what size to order.

 

How long does it take for my order to be completed?

Orders will take about 2-3 weeks to be completed. You will receive an email once your order has been filled and shipped.

 

What about shipping to Canada?

Free shipping is available for all orders over $125. All other orders have a flat rate of $14. Local pick up is also available however you must be able to pick up from Coquitlam, BC. All shipping will be done through Canada Post. Items shipped in Canada include a tracking number.

 

What about shipping Internationally?

All international orders are shipped through Canada Post. The following shipping options include a tracking number:

What duties or taxes will I be charged if I don't live in Canada?

All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check your country's customs policies to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchasing.
